• Notes: The open plan living area and the master bedroom are both equipped with reverse cycle air-conditioning. All three bedrooms have ceiling fans. The BACK GARDEN is large, safely enclosed and private with its prolific macadamia tree, ginger, bamboo, possums, resident bush turkeys, a couple of wild cats and other wildlife. Wake to the sound of lorikeets, kookaburras and storm birds. The garden is equipped with a barbecue and tables and chairs for dining. Pets may be considered based on individual request. The yard is fully fenced. There is also an electric barbecue on the covered veranda off the living area and kitchen. With its open internal staircase, the property may not be suitable for babies and toddlers. The property is child-friendly but not child-proof. However, there is a built-in baby gate at the top of the stairs making upstairs secure.
